As January comes to an end, we're finishing up assembling our pre-production bikes and making some last changes that will be included in the production bikes. During this process, we identified a few issues with the frame design, and so we've opted to make changes to the frame for the final version. While these changes are minor, they will significantly improve the quality of the bike. Because the frame requires special tooling to be manufactured, we expect to push back the first delivery of bikes by around 6 weeks. We fully understand that nobody wants to wait longer for their bikes, but these updates will be worth the wait. Progress continues to be underway on the software side! Most of the mobile app's base functionality is complete, allowing riders to fully customize how their WFB rides. Between different preset ride modes, a customizable ride mode, and tons of different ways to configure WFB's various features, riders can dial in the throttle, brake, and button to behave exactly to their liking.
Want a wheelie button, but a throttle that keeps the front tire pinned to the ground? How about a high anti-loop throttle angle, allowing you to practice your own wheelies, but with a safety net if you loop too far? Or maybe you're not into wheelies, and just want a simple honk button! There's tons of ways to configure your WFB, with new features to come in future updates as well! Keep an eye on our socials, as we'll soon be highlighting all the different features WFB has to offer.
