We wanted to share an exciting update on the production of the Wheelie Fun Bike. We're getting very close to having fully assembled production bikes shipping directly from our warehouse, and we appreciate your patience as we complete the final steps.
Here's where things stand:
- We're nearing the finish line! Full production bikes are almost ready to begin shipping.
- Our controllers have already been programmed and are simply waiting for final assembly.
- Wiring harnesses are currently expected to arrive around July 16th! This is the final component needed to complete production. Due to issues with sourcing parts and communication, the tough decision was made to switch manufacturers for the harness. While this had delayed assembly, we are so much happier with the new line of communication, their enthusiasm to meet our deadline, and the standard of quality for the new harnesses.
- As soon as the wiring harnesses arrive, we'll begin contacting customers to confirm and finalize shipping information and payment. This helps ensure your bike is sent to the correct address without delays. Fulfillment will begin with Founders Editions bikes, followed by Standard pre-orders, in the order they were received. As assembly progresses in the coming weeks, we will have a better idea of the timeline of when you can expect your bike. We’re just a couple guys putting these things together with our hands, but a handful of bikes are getting assembled each day.
- Once the remaining assembly steps are complete and we've confirmed your shipping details, all that's left is to carefully pack your Wheelie Fun Bike and send it on its way!
We know many of you have been eagerly waiting to ride your WFB, and we're just as excited to get these bikes into your hands. Thank you for your continued support, enthusiasm, and patience throughout this process.
